Atturra will be conducting our 4 monthly ALDC generator load test. It is not envisaged that this test will affect customers, as the generator will supply power requirements during the test. Should the generator fail during the test period, UPS power will be provided while mains power is immediately restored.

Affected Services: Online Backup, Online Snapshot, Online Server Replication, Veeam Cloud Connect, Long-term Data Backup, Standby Offices, Dedicated Offices, Telehousing & Equipment Colocation, Southern Cross Data Centres
